I discovered this shop by chance yesterday morning on my way to work. In addition to the incredibly friendly staff who immediately made a great impression on me and I walked in full of joy, they also have amazing coffee! Of the cafes around, they have the nicest by far! Today I ordered via an online platform and it was just as nice. And the delivery guy was very kind. Keep up the good work and the effort is definitely rewarded. Well done to you

I ordered a coffee and a bagel for the first time from the store the day before yesterday at 10:20 in the morning via an online ordering platform. The order said it would be delivered in 30-40 minutes. When the expected order time passed, I saw on the app that the order appeared to have been delivered (I had paid by card). I spoke to the store and a polite girl informed me that she would resend the order to me. After half an hour had passed (the store is 900 meters from my house) I contacted the delivery person who told me that the delivery person had been gone for quite some time. So after almost 2 hours had passed since I ordered, the boy came with only the bagel. I informed him that I didn't even want the bagel and that I would inform him about a refund. The store didn't call me back to apologize, and only the online ordering platform apologized, which was essentially not their fault because the delivery wasn't done by them. Too bad, I expected a different response. I didn't want a free coupon or treat (I didn't get either), just my order on time or at least an apology.

Excellent coffee and pastries. The place is spotless and the staff is very kind. Good job!!!
