Really unacceptable, I went with my child to get a drink, you came from far away, we asked to use the toilet and they didn't let us in at 9:00 Even if you close, because we all work in a store, opening the toilet for a person to go, especially when it's a child, is the least basic civility

The coffee was good, but the staff was not....I had to wait ten minutes to order because a friend of theirs had come and they were talking to her. Priority was lost then they asked who was next but the ball had been dropped. Also heavy melons....they had no appetite after their friend left.
