I was very happy to receive the bracelet, it was very beautiful 😍 it was actually the first time in my life that I entered your Pandora store 💜

The store presents itself as a Pandora representative, but it seems that they do not know anything about how to operate professionally or provide proper customer service. The woman who seems to be the “owner” behaves like a person who is only interested in her personal profit. They do not offer any discounts, although official Pandora stores do. In fact, they promised me a discount, but the next morning when I went early they suddenly told me that they did not have anything available, although the day before everything was available. I strongly recommend that they do not present themselves as official Pandora representatives, because the way they treat customers is unacceptable and truly ridiculous.

I have rarely written a review but I think this time I should for this particular store which we preferred because it is in my area. On 18/12/25 my husband and children visited the store and got me a Pandora bracelet and a charms worth both 108 euros there was an offer on 2 pieces and a third gift of lesser value which was not mentioned by the store and they never got it I saw it that same night and the next day I got up in the morning to ask and they told me that the offer was valid until that day when I mentioned it to them because they did not give it they told me that I have it written everywhere and the customer had to ask for it When there is an offer I think the store should inform me... when I asked how I can have it they told me with the receipt come and get it by today but in a tone that one was asking the other about it. ... I didn't make it the same day and my husband went the same afternoon but unfortunately he didn't keep the receipt on him and of course they didn't give him the gift in the end. The reason for this is that the offer is valid until Sunday 21/12 and not until 19/12 as they told me. I am very sorry that some stores work like this behind a company like Pandora. I will continue to serve from another store. Too bad because I was glad we had one in our neighborhood. Happy holidays to everyone with health and empathy.
