The first impression that wins is that of honesty. The store is spotlessly clean, the ingredients are fresh and the staff is very kind, ready to help with your every order. The sandwiches, the cookies, the frothed milk in the coffee, all fresh. The detail that wins is the neat spot for the sugar, the straws and the stirrers. The only complaint is the frothed milk, which is machine-made. No matter how well-made it is, it cannot match the handmade one.
