Nice coffee but a bit more bitter..

It is a very negative surprise that the price of coffee in your place has suddenly increased by +0.20€, with so much competition around you and also with the economic conditions of the area, I do not think that this increase is insignificant. It is understandable that all prices are now out of control, as are operating costs. However, this cannot mean that you will not have a part of your income that will be lost and it cannot always end up with the customer in this way. I repeat, 20cents from one day to the next is an excessive increase, it certainly causes and with certainty one of your customers immediately turns them to other similar proposals in the take away café business

Worst coffee ever… Both coffees were terribly bitter with a different taste, when we told the Barista he didn't show any interest in our preferences but pretended not to hear us... Service-0 Quality-0

Plateia Amerikis branch : awful customer service, the male staff member and his female colleague treated us with contempt, simply for questioning the amount we were charged for our coffees. A disgrace to Coffee lab, which usually has professional staff at other branches

So far the Best Espresso Freddo in Athens! Great taste and super friendly staff will definitely come back!
