I started the process of ordering candies with my wife to put in a birth souvenir. While the employee initially told us that the bulk candies we chose cost €45 per kilo + €5 to pack in bags, when we asked her how many "bulk" candies come out per kilo, she answered 460 candies by estimate, as the candies have not been produced. We thus proceeded to order 100 bags (3 candies each, so a total of 300 candies) estimating a total cost of approximately €30-35 max. Today (after two weeks!!!) they called us from the store to inform us that the candies were produced and have a total weight of 955 grams, therefore the cost including packaging will be €47.8. When we asked the reason for this large discrepancy in weight, the employee claimed that there was some misunderstanding on our part, namely that she did not tell us that 460 candies/kilo are produced, but that the candies produced per kilo are 350 and that she cannot do anything else as the candy is handmade. Of course, I canceled the order since she did not give me any alternative, except to charge me 1.5€ or else to cancel the order. I am very sorry, but if you want to call yourself a professional, you should be precise in what you tell your customers, especially when they are waiting two weeks for an order related to the birth of a child!!! The estimate cannot have a deviation of 110 candies. If you cannot calculate, do not make an estimate at all. Unless you adjust the candies in production so that the weight you want is obtained. Customers ARE NOT SUCKERS!!!

Really cool place with a huge variety of hard sweets in loads of flavours. You can also make your own design of sweet. With visiting and the service was brilliant.
