Calma

We had booked a full treatment day at Calma Spa including hammam, jacuzzi, lymphatic drainage massage, and a food/drinks treat afterwards. Unfortunately, we were not able to complete the package due to the way we were treated. When we arrived, we politely asked whether it would be possible to shorten the jacuzzi time, as 45 minutes felt too long for us. This simple request seemed to create tension. We were then called earlier into the massage rooms without clear communication. Before the massage, we were asked to remove our swimsuits and later our robes. Since we were completely undressed underneath, I asked whether disposable underwear would be provided. Instead of answering professionally, the staff member responded in a dismissive and rude tone, even stating that we were “not listening” or “not hearing clearly,” which was inappropriate and unbelievably offensive. At that point, the atmosphere no longer felt comfortable or relaxing, so we decided to leave. At checkout, the situation escalated further when it was suggested that giving feedback was somehow “threatening,” which was never the intention, we simply expressed that the experience had not been completed and that he was rude to us. This was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I have encountered in a wellness setting. A spa day should feel calm, respectful, and comfortable, unfortunately, this was not the case for us. I hope management takes feedback seriously and improves communication and professionalism.

If I could rate it 10 stars I would have definitely done it. Amazing experience with a relaxing atmosphere. If you ever have the chance to visit Athens then, it’s a must go place. Professionals in every way! Congratulations!

At the beginning of April, I visited Athens for the first time. Unfortunately, I had low back pain and had to search everywhere for a massage therapist. The service and techniques here were quite good, especially from a massage therapist named Nancy. After several visits, I was able to fly back to Toronto with ease.

A truly memorable and relaxing experience. If you’re looking to unwind with friends or experience a romantic spa date with your partner, you must visit. The place is clean, the staff is warm and welcoming and the services are unbeatable. You’ll be treated like royalty here. My girlfriend and I chose the Eternal Harmony for 2 which lasts an hour and a half and includes a steam bath, a bubble massage and finally a full body aromatherapy massage. Lockers are provided so you’ll only need to bring your bathing suit. Everything else is provided for you when you arrive so you only have to unwind and enjoy the experience. We can’t wait to come back and bring our friends from overseas. We send our thanks to the team and hope they keep up the good work!

I was feeling really exhausted in Athens after a good walk around and the national garden was closed because of wind so I tried to find the perfect place to go relax for the afternoon. I did a quick search and this beautiful place came up. I am someone who's done many Turkish baths in Greece and Turkey but this place was a great find. They really outdid themselves with the way that they have decorated and how they treat you. The bathing therapist told me he had the best tea and he was right. It will remain unforgettable and I'm happy that they are opening a brand new place in the next year that will probably be even more awesome. I highly recommend it!! Thank you Mama and son for being so awesome!!
