Excellent coffee with a wide range of options!!

Every time I've gone to the store to buy coffee, either ground or in beans, it gave me the impression of a disorganized business with bored employees wandering around aimlessly and generally giving you the feeling of abandonment. There is not a single person in front to serve retail customers and every time I went they had to call a girl from the back office of the business to serve the customer, who seemed bewildered and confused by the whole process. I don't know, they've probably shifted their focus to wholesale, what can I say. Too bad, because they have good coffee. And the e-shop needs a bit of work in managing orders. I'm still waiting for an order confirmation with pickup from the store. And it's been over a month.
