Half the things inside were missing. The screws didn't fit together. We went to move the furniture from one room to another and it came loose, pulling a piece with it. A real disappointment. We got a whole wardrobe from another website and there was no problem tying it together. My dad does this kind of work and he was able to fix it, the damage is definitely visible. What can I say. You idiots ———————- Thank you very much for your response and especially for the description of a "bad" attitude, I didn't know that disappointment from a defective product falls into this category. My review was based solely on real events: missing parts, problematic assembly and disassembly of the furniture during transportation. If this is considered bad intent, then we probably have a different perception of quality. Also, the fact that you are a reseller does not change the fact that the purchase was made by your own company. The customer does not have to know or manage your internal collaborations. It seems how little you care about substantive criticism and transparency.

Excellent products and very good service

The store was very secretive and secured, which I didn't like. There was not a single window on the store which was weird. I found out later that, it's because the area is not secure! The store is not bad but, it is in a bad area so go carefully!
