Black Duck Multiplarte

A very good multi-purpose restaurant with nice food and excellent service, with polite and willing staff. The two young ladies who served were really quick, serious and smiling. I have visited it several times and it is always at a high level of both food and service. It is a solid value in the center of Athens.

the winter space is a repetition of corresponding spaces or even a bad imitation of them in terms of the environment the decoration and the overall sensibility. perhaps the most interesting thing is the wooden ceiling in front of all the other elements. the winter I repeat sensibility and the only thing is that it is a place with constant darkness no matter how much it tries to light up parts of the space. maybe we are talking about the exact opposite of the summer image of the famous black duck garden! the service is very good, but nothing can surpass the one and only element that really leaves you speechless: the taste, the quality and the delightful aromas of the cappuccino. perhaps one of the most complete grains in taste and unique tasting aromas in the center of Athens. I ordered a double without knowing what I would encounter, and of course after a second one. I think that if there is the slightest opportunity or occasion for a date in the center and you want a calm environment for your discussion or work and an unforgettable coffee, this is the only point where you will meet both..

So this is one of the few cases where I give five stars even though food wasn't good. I ordered home made pasta but it was below average. However the waiter asked me what was wrong (it was genuine interest) After telling him that my plate was not great he brought us dessert for free and didn't charge us for the plate. Anyone can have a bad day or a bad plate but if you are professional and know what to do you come on top!!!

The best risotto in the town!!! Amazing gem in the Athens historical center. Fantastic environment, top service and quality. Rather pricey but fully justified. Don't leave this place without trying the risotto!!!

Nice place to have diner. Friendly service. The risotto with white truffle is heavenly!
