Rude cashier, no respect for the customer or whatsoever. Spending over €500 at a department store and getting shouted at by one of the employee is a rare experience, yet I managed to savour the rarity here somehow. It wasn’t like I was throwing a fit or anything—I was asking if I could have the tax refund in cash instead of card, the employee didn’t answer clearly(if not at all), so I tried to ask again only to make myself clear, and then woah! Finger pointing and shouting at the register. Feeling taken aback is to say the least. My experience at Attica had been quite pleasant before but the incident has changed it.

Attica is hands-down the best department store in Greece. Located right in the heart of Athens (Panepistimio), it offers a world-class shopping experience. I found an incredible selection of designer brands, from high-end fashion to premium cosmetics. The staff was professional and helpful, and the layout is very elegant. If you are looking for luxury brands and a seamless shopping experience all in one place, this is the spot. Highly recommended! Also you can order their products from the website!

Attica Mall 🛍️✨ A square‑shaped mall filled mostly with international brands, easy to navigate and great for quick shopping. I especially liked the sports stores — brands like Puma and Adidas had really nice clothes with unique, modern designs 👟👕✨. A good stop if you’re looking for stylish global fashion in a clean, organized space 🌟.

Clean and well organized. Lots of options for shopping and buying designer or unique brands. Food and drink from the cafe was just okay. No Crocs allowed on the escalators.

The biggest place to find cosmetics,accesories and clothing in Athens. Mostly the place is full of affordable luxury brands plus some high end brands like Kiton, Ralph Lauren Purple Label, Corneliani, Dsquared,Bally,Mulberry. Prices are not very attractive;best time to shop is like mid January when winter sales start and most brands offer good discounts. All staff are extremely helpful. Global blue for tax return is available at 5 th floor. And strongly advise you to have a coffee break on top floor with a beutiful apple pie.
