Recently i have tasted the worst capuccino in town..2times! The service is slow and very Inattentive . The overall experience was quite bad the last times i visited..

Nice location, food was ok (risotto and variety f cheeses). Tables are small and uncomfortable while it is quite noisy due to street’s traffic..

Terrible service. It looks like a nice place with a tasty coffee and freshly made breakfast, but the service will destroy this place. Waitress would not clean up the table for me (she exchanged the table cloth for other male guests at the next table), she would tell other guests everything they have on the menue and what they could prepare, while I was not even offered a menue. I was offered sandwiches on the display, despite other guests having a lovely salmon platter and fresh sandwiches prepared according to their wishes. When I asked the waitress what is going on here and why I would not offered the same service as other guests, she told me she is sorry I feel this way, as it was a matter of feelings and nit a bad service and flirting with male guests. When I spoke with her boss, she just started arguing with me and had zero interest in what went wrong and how to improve their service and make the guests feel welcomed.

The food was good but i’am very disappointed. We had carpaccio, we started eating it, then after 5 minutes came the tagliata. The server took the carpaccio back. So we started with the main then after finished it, he brought the carpaccio again, what was left of it. Quite shoking but ok! We ordered a dessert. The server left on the table one glass of water, that we shared at the end (we were two). We paid, left tips. Then asked to get a digestive. Basically, the mistake from the carpaccio was huge, and of course they did understand their mistake but they made us to pay the digestive !! OMG, never ever again
