Weekday mornings are the quietest
Coffee and food were great. Outside tables were completely full (noon, Sunday, early March) but we didn’t have to wait for an inside table. The bathrooms are creepy…
We visited Tragos in October and it was a charming and quiet place/patio in front of a lovely Orthodox church. The food was very yummy and the service was great! Highly recommend. And our waiter was very helpful and explained some areas we could visit that were not as crowded with tourists.
The attitude of the small blonde waitresses and the horrible way to make the gin tonic this place won the award of the worst place in Greece where normally you see great service and quality well here you will not find nothing like that. Probably for all those foreigners that you miss your country this is a sneak peak and how bad you can be treated at home Gin tonic with water instead of tonic served in a thin tall glass €8
This is perhaps the sparsest menu you can find anywhere in Greece. Across the country, the offerings are incredibly limited, the cooking is uninspired, and there is absolutely no creativity. Moussaka is presented as a “traditional” dish, but it originates from small villages and doesn’t belong in every restaurant. There are no steaks or any decent cuts of meat; instead, the menu is dominated by the cheapest option—dry chicken breast. As for appetizers, it’s pure poverty. Truly disappointing for anyone expecting real variety or quality.
Hands down the best food in Psiri. Best staff and atmosphere. Amazing drinks. Best in Athens, made to scale, a MUSzt visit. A Poseidon Paradise upstairs and wait for it...
