Ο Καλός Οιωνός

This cute cafe was mere steps from our AirB&B and had a fabulous menu, drinks, and a few tables outside to sit and people watch. Being so close to the Acropolis Museum and other sites, as well as the metro, there was plenty to see and do nearby. Loved it!

What a delightful little spot for travelers! First, this lovely family watched our bags for us so we could tour our new city (Athens) without worries. Next, we enjoyed several comforting and delicious Greek meals, cappuccino and conversion. Highly recommend!!

a cozy family style restautant you don't want to miss, very different from other restaurants around Acropolis. food tasts like home, owner's wife is the chef, son and daughter help around. my best experience in Greece.

In June 2023, we stumbled across this cafe and met the owner, Christo. The salad was the best version we had during our 17 days in Athens and several islands . The Pastitsio and stuffed Zucchini with lemon dressing were also GREAT. Christo has a fun personality and interacted well with everyone he came in contact with, including our group. Even though he conversed in English with us, once we started speaking Greek, he went to another level with his service. Great little place and hope to see him again soon!

Delicious Greek food, one of the best we’ve had during our time in Greece. The owner was so nice. I would definitely want to come back and eat here again!
