Γευστική γωνιά

It was our last night in Athens before heading to Patras the next day and my friends and I found this place on Google but also walked past it whilst exploring the neighbourhood. It was close to our accommodation so it was nice September evening stroll to and from the restaurant. Ordered the Greek salad (a must when in Greece), tzatziki, a sausage and I went for the lamb skewers. Everything was totally delicious and the hospitality was awesome! I'd recommend not ordering too much so there is no wastage but if you're starving then go for it. You'll 100% leave Tasty Corner feeling full. Dine al fresco if you can but be prepared for smokers. There was a bit of a rowdy table but the group eventually calmed down. Good location and the waiters were good.

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of visiting this lovely restaurant. Here, you can find a delicious meal for those with a big appetite. The portion size of this meal is enormous and fully meets the legendary Greek standards. The waiter was helpful and very attentive.

The best food we had in Athens! Traditional Greek dishes, generous portions, and a warm, homey atmosphere. Nikolaos was friendly and accommodating – if he recommends something, go for it! Highly recommend! 5 stars all the way!

Lot of variety was available. We were guided very well to select our dishes. Very reasonable cost and the portion was too big for two of us to finish two dishes. Chicken Gyros, Chicken on the Split and Chicken Skewers were suggested and were excellent. At the end the fruit salad was offered to us complementary which was icing on the cake. Highly recommend to visit at least once to see yourself and taste authentic Greek dishes.

A perfect Greek dining experience! What a fantastic restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, authentic, and full of flavor. Every dish I tried was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. The service was just as impressive. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and to our surprise, several of them spoke Italian, which made us feel even more at home. Their warmth and hospitality really added to the experience. To top it all off, we were kindly offered a plate of fresh fruit at the end of the meal — such a thoughtful and generous gesture that made us feel truly appreciated as guests. I genuinely felt at home here. Thank you for such a memorable evening — I can’t wait to come back!
