Don’t bother coming here they don’t care about loyal customers anymore. There are much better, milk tea places nowadays anyway. We have been coming since 2018 and bought tons of milkteas and got several stamps on our card for the loyalty program. They wouldn’t honor it, because we had 7 stamps on one card and 3 on the other card. I guess it’s not worth the $.50 of ingredients to get us the free drink, so will stop coming back for hundreds of euros of milk tea going forward

When I came in I saw a woman receiving her order and then asking for a bag because it were multiple drinks, to which the only worker responded with "a bag!? You didn't pay for it" but still gives her one nonetheless. When it was my turn to order I accidentally made the mistake of saying "extra less sugar" instead of "less sugar", to which she replied with the nastiest look and proceeded to say "extra less sugar!? You mean less sugar or extra!!?" I said that I meant less sugar And I didn't know how to respond because that level of rudeness is just insane. When I received my order I was shocked because the topping she added was way too much for my order, making it more sugary. I assumed she did it on purpose

The mountain oolong tea with tapioca is simply the best. Couldn’t get the same ratio done right in other Yo locations. You can taste the real oolong tea, and it makes it so delicious. The tapioca is also great.

I used to get bubble tea every week from this place. Twice I forgot my loyalty card so I asked for a new card. This week I asked the girl to group the stamps together (I had one card with 4 stamps and then two other cards with 1 stamp). She refused and her excuse was “I’m going to get fired if I do”. 0 customer service

I totally love this place. This is one of my happy places in Amsterdam in summer. Pretty much whatever you order is nice, and the prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and patient, even though it is pretty crowded. If you want to try something new (not fruity) I advise you to try Tara with coconut and something with Macha. Totally worth it!
