Valia was very helpful with finding an item for me in the right size. When i came up to her she was very kind and professional. I like the store and she makes it feel better with her energy!

I come to this Urban Outfitters often and always find great pieces, but today’s visit was especially nice thanks to Valia. She was incredibly patient and helpful while I was trying to find my order number at the counter. Really kind, calm, and attentive service! I had the best experience at Urban thanks to Isabella! I had no idea what to wear for a soecific occasion, but she was so kind and patient and somehow helped me find the perfect outfit.
