Starbucks

This is a small Starbucks location located inside Amstel Station. The location is useful to take a coffee with you on the train, and there is also a bar-style seating area inside the cafe where you can sit down with your drink. The table could have been slightly cleaner, but I understand it getting a bit messy as it was shared by the condiment bar. The interior was still comfortable, with places to charge devices, and it was modern and felt recently refurbished. The barista was friendly, there was only one staff member in the store during my visit, which felt strange, but he was friendly and doing his best to take orders, make drinks to the best standard possible, although I do feel that if they could have had a busy spell, this would have been difficult with just him alone. The menu was in line with other EMEA Starbucks locations, international Starbucks cards not accepted - I was able to try a Gingerbread Latte, which was customised correctly (no cream or topping), which was fine. I’ve had better from Starbucks, but it still was pretty good. I like this one, lots of good points and is reliable for grabbing a coffee when using the station

Nice guy, got to me straight away and after payment was collected he started to make my drink before helping someone else. The other reviews seem very bad but I had a wonderful and fast experience.

Always out of filter coffee even at 9 am. Baristas are not friendly and don’t serve the customer immediately at the counter despite there being two baristas working. No self service for milk - have to ask barista which takes long. No comfortable seating. The worst Starbucks

No frills Starbucks location that is focused more on speed than niceties, the way it should be when you are commuting. They were much more efficient than other Starbucks locations I’ve been to, while still maintaining professionalism and politeness. They quickly completed my order. There are less than four chairs, and they are all wooden. So it is not a good coworking space.

Excellent place for take out coffee and snacks located in metro station Amstelstation in Amsterdam. Had coffee a few times , fast service and many coffee types are offered. Coffees include Americano , Espresso, Latte, Macchiato, with sweeteners and napkins. Snacks and sweets are also sold , including cookies, sandwiches , cold drinks/sodas, and more. Convenient location near subway, Tran and bus station. Good place to have coffee before using transportation.
