I try to stop by this particular stach (there's 2 within a few metres of each other) as I have found the staff in this branch to be helpful and they are pretty fast at making a blooming good vegan jackfruit 'chicken' and avocado spicy sandwich 😋 and usually no problems with adjusting the spice levels for me to be only little spicy!! Really nice coffee too, and a nice place to grab some free from and veggie and vegan snacks too.

I really loved this place, my second time visiting from how good their croissant roll; the miso tomato avocado. Literally kept craving it that I had to come back for it!! So recommended, and friends friendly. 🫶

The Nieuwe Spiegelstraat location is a prime spot on the Kerkstraat near the Rijksmuseum. There are a lot of antique stores and art galleries here too. It's not a large spot but perfect to dash into and get your favorite Stach item. It is small, so usually only one or two people working there.

Vegan soft serve (based on Oatley) Dutch liquorice flavor, thank you guys for trying a new thing, exclusively at Nieuwe Spiegelstraat I read. Cute little place in an iconic Amsterdam street all about Antiques and art. The consistency, quantity and temperature of the soft serve are perfect. The price is very friendly (€2,95). The taste is not too much liquorice-y but exciting enough. The girl who served the ice cream seemed a bit doubtful if she was going to do me a favor with it and made sure I was happy with the flavor, in a nice and polite way. Thank you guys. Keep on going with the vegan soft serves. I am excited to find out about next week’s flavor
