Rain

I came into the store on Saturday 31st of Feb and was helped by the most helpful gentleman (didn’t catch his name but he had dark hair). Sadly, good service is a rarity in Amsterdam but I was very impressed with the warm greeting and personal service offered. Not pushy but collaborative. Knew the product inside out. I will definitely be returning!

Just discovered this shop while strolling around. The coats and raincoats are beautiful and Beatrice has been amazing and extremely helpful. I will be definitely investing in in these forever pieces

I bought my jacket a few months ago, I wanted to test it out before writing a review since it was an expensive purchase. First the service at the shop was incredible - Beatrice was so kind and professional in helping me select the perfect jacket. I came with my mother and niece (who were visiting) and Beatrice was splendid!. She was attentive, taught me how to properly and elegantly tie a knot and went through the care instructions. My mother was so impressed that such great service still exists. After wearing the jacket for about four months, I can say I am so happy with the purchase. I get a compliment on the jacket, every. single. time. I . wear it! Its incredible, and people are so shocked its a rainjacket. I have also worn it cycling and in storms and the water resistance is amazing. The only room for improvement is the zipper and the buttons, since its a double zip its very delicate, I've had to take it to the tailor because it got stuck once, (even the tailor commented what a beautiful quality jacket it was), but I now pay extra attention to it and tend to use the buttons without zipping much of the time. Great product, I recommend it to many friends :)

Ulivia was so helpful and personable! As a new resident, I knew I wanted a Rain Couture jacket. I originally came in for a puffer coat that was out of stock, but ended up finding the most beautiful houndstooth raincoat with the option to add warmth, which I may do later. I can be pretty indecisive and went back and forth on sizes a few times, but Ulivia was so patient and kind, helping me find the perfect fit. I never thought I’d say this, but I can’t wait for it to rain!

This boutique is more than just a shop: it’s a true experience. I’ve never been assisted by such friendly and lovely staff. I visited twice: the first time with my mother-in-law, we spent over an hour trying on countless raincoats, each more beautiful than the last. Liwia made sure every request was met with patience and a smile. When we returned three days later, Jerico and Beatrice assisted us with the same kindness and professionalism. My mother-in-law is absolutely in love with her new raincoat!
