The focaccia sandwiches here are phenomenal. It is one of my go-to lunch spots in Amsterdam, and the sandwiches are consistently excellent quality. I promise you will not be disappointed. I've had both the original and Caprese sandwiches and they are always delicious. The hot chocolate is also one of the best I've ever had. Plus, Barbara is so nice and always friendly. Highly recommend visiting!

If you’re looking for a sandwich to change your life, listen to the reviews and come to Barbara’s. We tried the Classico and the Lombardo and both blew us away. They were handmade by Barbara herself and you could tell she put love and care in to each of them. We eat a lot of sandwiches and these may have been the best we’ve ever had. The brioche cinnamon bun was also 👩‍🍳💋. The space was very welcoming and cozy and Barbara was a delight to speak to. Come try this place or you’re missing out!!

One of the truly hidden gems of Amsterdam. Cute cozy spot with the kindest hostess ever! Everything we had was absolutely delicious and their cappuccino was spot on during a rainy day. Very highly recommended!
