The only good thing about this cafe is the location. You can have a good view sitting at the window or on the terrace in Dam square. Their service is terrible; zero attention to customers… waiters and waitresses running around, not sure what they do because they do not serve customers.

great view just next to the dam square, you can sit and watch different kinds of people from all around the world with your low quality coffee and bad service unfortunately. it could be much better with better coffee and service.

Great view and nice staff, but the coffee itself wasn’t that good. I had a cortado, and it was very bitter with a hint of sourness.

Loved the staff here professional and smiley, the drinks are good and affordable. It was pretty packed when we came in but they managed, the second floor somehow was empty?! Bathroom hygiene could be improved. Cheers
