I've been there couple times to study, and I have to say that it's really good. Toasties are solid, sweets and pastries are good and coffee is also good. Above everything I really appreciated the staff, the man (i think he was the owner or manager) was reeeally fun and talkative, and the waitresses are also really sweet.

September 2025, Cappuccino a little weak (in coffee taste) to my liking. But a real nice place to be, very home feel like. Bigger from inside than you expect (when for first time there). Nice and swift and friendly service. Lot's of locals.

Looks like it’s recently been renovated and the new aesthetic is so lovely! I’ve now been here multiple times for a nice quiet coffee. A great place to sit and work too. Highly recommend.

Stopped off here for a late lunch. Wonderful hospitality and nice food. I had the curried lentil soup which was divine, and a cheese, tomato & onion toastie. Hubby had the chicken burger - delicious. Was early in the season but sat outside in the sun and would definitely recommend if you're strolling around this part of town.
