Great place with a lovely lady at the bar. Great music and atmosphere.

you don’t know but it is the best place in Amsterdam for one, two, three rounds of tea -or as many as you need- as cozy as a home with a wood-burning stove, and as enchanting as a little cave full of little goblins

Bar Het Monumentje in the Jordaan is my Amsterdam pilgrimage. Two (or three) small glasses of oude jenever, a nod to the bartender, and I slip away for years. Yet every return feels like yesterday, warm, familiar, alive with the true scent and REAL soul of old Amsterdam. Unmissable.

Super charming mini-bar, literally. This café barely fits 20 people, yet still the locals seems to have found a small extra home here. Really enjoyed how local old people flocked to this place to have a chat. Definitely worth a visit just to experience a bar this small and cosy. Do have a nice drink menu as well!

Lovely cafe with an excellent atmosphere. The lady there is very friendly and makes a great capuccino! A perfect place to chill and have a drink.
