Coffeshop Reefer

We went a bit late like 00:00, 1 hour before closing. The staff was not rude but didn't want us there. They were already cleaning the shop before we arrived and they asked us to leave at 00:30. 30 minutes before the shop closes so they can clean the rest of the shop. I don't know how things work there but usually the cleaning process starts after the shop is closed.

Had a great experience here. I think it was Enrique and Fredrico? I did get them to write their names down but I lost the bit of paper. I blame them for getting me battered 😂😂Great smoke and they were really patient and accommodating. I was a bit of a pain in the arse 😆😆 smelling each one. Great lads and when we are back in the dam we will be back for your reefers 😊😊😊

His name is Gabriel, and there is also a woman who is really helpful. Things was like this. I had only a bit of experience of rolling so I needed to ask him. He smilingly and kindly accepted my request that I asked to tell me how to roll, and more over he rolled them for me saying there is no que. It was really helpful and now I remember how to roll. Thank you Gabriel and pretty lady!

Reefer has a great location and a fun name that makes you want to stop in — but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The staff seemed completely uninterested, barely acknowledging customers and making the whole experience feel unwelcome. It’s not that they were outright rude; it just felt like they didn’t care to be there or didn’t know how to engage with guests. If you’re just walking through and need a quick coffee or a short stop, it’s fine. But for anyone expecting a friendly or inviting café experience, this one misses the mark. A shame, because with a name and setup like this, it could easily be a great spot if the service and vibe matched the location. Edit: as I happen to see other previous comments now, I’d like to concur their might just be a bad apple among the staff. The taller African American worker at the counter should consider a job that doesn’t involve interacting with people as it clearly isn’t something he enjoys.

This place has great coffee as well as great "coffee". I had one of the best cappuccinos I've had in town here and it was way cheaper than your standard Amsterdam cafes. The Italian staff here know what's good! 👌 ☕️ 😋 🇮🇹
