Best value coffee in the area by far. Lovely atmosphere and great service. Highly recommend !

**After posting this review and emailing customer service, they have very quickly and effectively reached a resolution; whilst customer service on site was poor, it was excellent at HQ** Accidentally bought a bag of hugely overpriced coffee beans after mishearing the price – €25 for 250 g – and returned two minutes later to ask for a refund. Had to wait 20 minutes whilst the barista texted managers because she didn’t know how to do a refund. It’s only at this point that she says that their policy is probably that they don’t give money back anyway, and if I come back tomorrow morning they might be able to give me a refund, but no promises. This is unacceptable, and not the first time I’ve had bad service at a Cafecito. It’s a big city with lots of great places for coffee - take your custom elsewhere.

Looooove de Koffie!! Hands down best Coffee in town . The people working there are also always chill and nice :) At least / specially at the Overtoom location . Sadly there aren’t really any food options ( except some pre packed cakes , so that’s the only downside when choosing where to go ) but the Coffee and milk they use are great !

Great Coffee, Solid Matcha - Visited earlier and really enjoyed their coffee—smooth and well-balanced. The matcha was solid, with a nice depth. Limited selection of sweets, but enough to pair nicely with the drinks. A good spot for a quiet break.

Cafecito was one of my favorite coffee spots in Amsterdam. One of their locations was right next to my accommodation, so I grabbed my coffee there every morning. The staff were always friendly, the minimalist interior was really nice, and the coffee was excellent every single time. Highly recommended!
