Edit: ty for reply, yes the equipment is excellent, tho I had eureka grind, which I also have at home, so I know it's capabilities and how it is done. Altho my home Bianca results can be as well as satisfying. Mediocre was a little harsh, agreed, it is still above almost anything, I meant that as average speciality coffee bar. The methods I mentioned were just hints, that might improve the extraction, but, you know, you do you. Maybe hire actual professional in the field behind the bar, your beans deserve it. Freshly home roasted beans, super premium and quality stuff Amazing pastry homemade, superb. Unfortunately if you try the espresso you will be kinda disappointed. The baristas still not using bottomless portafilter, WDT or puck screen, so it will be unbalanced, missing body, too much sour. The weight or timings or tamping technique (girl does no pressure), still ruin this as in any other mediocre caffe, it's sad Batch was amazing and milk cortado works well ... But...

The best koláč I had in Prague — soft dough, balanced flavor, and that homemade touch that makes it unforgettable. The place feels cozy, and the coffee is top-notch. They also sell specialty coffee beans, perfect to take home and keep enjoying the experience.

What a lovely place. Might be my favorite place that i went in Prague. Absolutely great coffee, they know what they are doing, with top quality beans and real care to serving. One of thee few places ive had an americano, where they poured warm water and according to how much i wanted. Superb place! Cool vibes and the cakes are great too!

MarryBeans is a hidden gem for true coffee lovers. The coffee here is absolutely outstanding – rich, aromatic, and clearly roasted with care and expertise.
