Amazing slow bar in Paris! They’re also sourcing some of the best coffees in the world (Alo, Hacienda Esmeralda, Finca Deborah). Kim is the coolest for letting me try the best of his selection. Great interior with chill vibes. Some of the cleanest coffees with depth of flavor anywhere. Is already one of the best around the world.
What a unique little place in Paris, all things coffee! The moment you step in you’re transported into a cosy, minimalistic and intimate atmosphere away from the busy streets. The owner is so lovely and will happily have a chat with you, as well as displaying his passion for the art of coffee making. The milk espresso was flavourful, clearly being able to taste the notes in the coffee.
I had a genuinely excellent experience here. From the moment you walk in, you can tell that everything has been thoughtfully planned—from the atmosphere and layout to the smallest details that make the place feel welcoming and comfortable. The owner is incredibly kind and attentive, and you really feel the care behind the service. They take the time to engage with guests in a warm, sincere way, without ever being intrusive. And the coffee is outstanding—beautifully brewed, perfectly balanced, and clearly made with high-quality beans and real expertise. If you care about specialty coffee and enjoy places where passion and professionalism come together, this spot is absolutely worth a visit. I’ll definitely be coming back.
Visited Klover Coffee for a pour-over of their Panama Geisha and was genuinely impressed. The coffee itself was outstanding - clean, expressive and beautifully balanced, but what really elevated the experience was Kim, the owner and head barista. Kim approaches his craft with remarkable precision, knowledge and quiet confidence. His hospitality is warm, humble and sincere, creating an atmosphere that feels both calm and deeply respectful of the coffee. There is no unnecessary performance, just thoughtful conversation, careful brewing and a real passion for quality. A place where both the beans and the barista truly speak for themselves. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates exceptional coffee and genuine hospitality, which is quite rare in Paris.
Excellent execution on both the roasting and the coffee. The coffee is mainly tea-like or berry-like or, in some cases, both. I ended up getting a bag too. The place is super chill and part of the Paris coffee community. I recommend going there for a cup, maybe two, and relaxing or actively talking coffee.
