I immensely enjoyed taking the mochi making workshop with Agathe. She was an amazing teacher, making the complex art of how to make mochi daifuku a success for everyone, regardless of our skill levels. She taught with professionalism and expertise, while also being so personable and accessible. The experience was a joy and I highly recommend it!
I got the Daifuku atelier for my mother and myself and had an amazing time! Agathe is lovely and her explanations were very easy to follow. The ambiance was delightful and everyone was enthusiastic and happy to learn new skills. The atelier includes making the rice flour dough, as well as assembling the various components (the fillings are made ahead of time by Agathe). We got 5 daifukus each to take home with different flavours, all of which were delicious! I would highly recommend this activity to anyone :)

"cut - turn - fold" are really important movements ! π On your marks, get set, whip β‘οΈ sports lift between intensive whipping and the delicacy of the mixture. Your delicious pancakes are ready to be enjoyed! π The best part is that you can make them at home. Very nice to be able to measure out the delicious topings. These fluffy pancakes have the same taste than those in Korea.
Amazing experience baking Daifuku mochi with Agathe. The mochi we made were the best Japanese pastries Iβve ever had! I strongly recommend her workshops, she is super friendly and gives fun facts about pastry culture in Japan and France.
