Starbucks

I had a very disappointing experience at this wardour st Starbucks. I ordered a pistachio latte, and employee(Hima..) did not ask whether I wanted it hot or iced. She prepared a hot drink by default. When I explained that I wanted it iced, instead of politely correcting the order, she responded rudely and blamed me for not specifying. And it’s her job to confirm with customer if she is not sure and pointlessly she started arguing with me What made the situation worse was her comment saying that she “gives free drinks daily to her people” and that I should have admitted my mistake if I wanted the correct drink. That statement felt unprofessional and inappropriate. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and clear communication. This interaction was uncomfortable and not the level of service I expect from Starbucks. I hope management addresses this issue.

Used to be very anti Starbucks big American corporate brand and all that. But since the makeover and retraining and addition of new staff I cannot pull this coffee shop. It is a lovely place to come and work, the coffee is amazing and staff are super happy friendly competitionthey’ve really reinvented the whole customer experience. Well done Starbucks

This Starbucks in Soho is a solid spot for coffee but has room for improvement. I ordered a hot latte but got an iced one instead; it was still good, so I kept it. The location is prime, though it was very busy, and the staff seemed a bit stressed. Despite this, they stayed polite and efficient. Seating was clean but crowded. A reliable choice for coffee, but expect a lively, fast-paced atmosphere. 4 stars!
