Starbucks

Pretty good customer service. Was offered a voucher since I’ve had the US app by mistake and couldn’t benefit from the discount. I’ve done online meetings here, and gotta admit the Caramel Macchiato tastes awesome!

It was a very busy Starbucks, but the staff were working hard to keep things moving. Despite the rush, they stayed focused and did their best to serve everyone efficiently.

Please change the opening and closing hours to the appropriate times, as it is not 24 hours anymore as they barricade both doors at 12am

New member of staff on till and as I had a voucher she had to call a senior person over. That person was attentive and professional. On collecting my order the gentleman was a little more interested in smiling with young lady customers than to fully complete my order. I had to wander a little as the straws were not indicated. Finally, the tables were a little messy. I appreciate that it is a busy location, but that should be watched. Overall a nice site, suited for busy trade.

Have tried this place for coffee couple of times at morning, afternoon & evening. No doubt staff is friendly n chatty. Even chat with their colleagues n ignore the customers. Most of times, queues are long enough to make u feel that one train is here. Coffee is not what u can get from other Starbucks. It’s more weak. Tried tea but it’s more watery. Super cool location inside station building. So convenient to have coffee or tea before get train. They know it’s station, people come n go. Not permanent customers. So sometimes they charge u wrong. Please keep an eye on them. Hope they’ll improve their tea or coffee as they have improved customer service in last few months.
