Kiss the Hippo

I had such an amazing experience at Kiss the Hippo in Covent Garden. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the team were incredibly friendly. Both Nik and Oliwia were so lovely, It’s rare to find a place where the coffee is exceptional and the people are just as wonderful. If you’re in Covent Garden and love great coffee, this place is an absolute must. Huge thanks to Nik for the incredible coffee and to Oliwia for making the experience so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back! ☕✨🙌

Lovely place, super cute aesthetic, yummy coffee. Greeted by Simona who was so helpful with helping us choose our coffee. Super sweet girl someone I would love to see be a leader in your establishment! However atmosphere got a 3 because unfortunately we experienced her manager be rude to Simona instead of being helpful in measuring drip coffee. All together though I’d go back for the Geisha Origin, didn’t mind spending £9 enough to share with partner!

Love this coffee shop, friendly staff :) i always get the latté (house blend, although they recommend the single origin blend for coffee lovers :p) + always cute latté art!

Zeynep was such a star 5* She was polite, attentive & made a delicious chai latte for us! Would absolutely recommend the subtle quality & extremely friendly service 🙏

Enjoyed the sip of my "homemade nut milk" cappuccino with a slice of banana bread. Not a huge seating area (only four pairs of seats) but it's a cute café. Fast service, great tasting drinks. Watch the world go by as you have a coffee.
