Chaiiwala Holborn is a perfect getaway place for Karak chai and aloo paratha! I’m a regular and it’s one of my favourites! Toheed is the sweetest and simply great! Highly recommend Chaiiwala Holborn!!

Service at 6 pm'ish was quick, my food was ready in 8 or 9 minutes. I really enjoyed my chai (5/5), channa masala was very mildly spiced, I was hoping for a bit more even from a fast food like place this, pretty good paratha.

Food & Service: Overall, both the food and service were disappointing. Compared to Arshad Khan Chaiwala, this place falls short in both taste and value for money. Kebab Paratha Roll: The portion was small, the kebabs didn’t taste fresh, and the “paratha” was more like an overly oily, lightly fried puri rather than a proper paratha. Halwa Puri: The puris were extremely hard, and the halwa was bland with no hint of ghee or richness—just very plain. Karak Chai: Quite pricey for a £5.30 cup, especially considering it was just an orange-and-chocolate chai that didn’t justify the cost. Chicken Tikka Pastry: There was no real tikka—just a smooth, paste-like chicken filling inside an average puff pastry.

We had such a wonderful experience thanks to Bhavik at Chaiiwala! He greeted us with so much warmth and genuine kindness that it instantly made our day. He even offered us a free tea sample, which was such a thoughtful touch. My parents and grandparents visiting from India felt truly welcomed and at home because of his hospitality. It’s rare to meet someone who brings such positive energy to their work, but Bhavik certainly does. Thank you for making our visit so memorable! 🌟🍵

Had a great experience here! The food was delicious with plenty of options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The ambience is really nice — comfortable and welcoming. Special thanks to Tawheed and Bhavik for their polite and helpful service; they really made the experience even better. Highly recommended!
