Caffè Nero

Better than Starbucks upstairs. I've read bad reviews about this place. Yea it's busy. Yes the tables are not as clean as I wanted them to be. But food is great, I did chicken wrap - my recommendation. The staff is friendly. I'd like to thank a tall man with curly hair who just started his duty (around 13:00 on March 1st). He made my day, professional and served me super quick. Very friendly, I think he was born to work with people.

Two Southeast Asian female staff members were whispering “China, China” while looking at me, and they were noticeably unfriendly only toward me. The staff members showed a clear lack of cultural awareness. Asia is not only China.

I usually order a mocha without milk but cream and the older woman serving is so rude and is nit friendly what so ever, really poor customer service from her end... Will not be coming back because of how impolite she is. Just because I ask for a specific drink doesn't give her the right to show her eyes at me and be so unbelievably rude.

I must say I like this Caffe Nero situated away from main Euston Station concourse which makes it less busy than might otherwise be at 11:45am. Lovely girl served with great efficiency. Goes without saying coffee and snack great as usual. Especially like caramel shortbread. Seating available indoors and out (covered area). Customer toilet available, Unisex and disabled combined, however the toilet seat wouldn't stay up for men!

One of my favorite coffee franchises in the UK. They have outlets everywhere. This one was located at Euston train station. Which was perfect to get my coffee on the go before taking the train. Their ice cappuccino is great and the prices were good. You can never go wrong with Nero cafe.
