Disappointing experience so far. Recently moved to the area so was eager to find my new daily go-to cafe place but I have been left dissatisfied each time. The coffee is bland and the service is slow. Some staff are very nice but not all staff are friendly. It’s an aesthetically pleasing spot in terms of how it looks but the coffee is bad and I do find the tip option prompt for just a coffee somewhat off putting. It’s clear they have built a community which is nice to see but at the end of the day, there’s a lot nicer coffee spots nearby where the service is better and also seem more grateful for the business.
I tried ordering an acai bowl for the first time, but I didn’t really like it. I think it would taste better with some different kinds of sauces added. The sandwich was tasty, though. The strawberry smoothie and the acai bowl didn’t really go well together flavor-wise.
This is one of my fav cafes, it’s in my way home from college and I started going here recently, it’s right beside the Grangegorman library so perfect for a snack before a study sesh. I love the vibe here, the aesthetic of the cafe itself is amazing, the bigger room for any bigger groups, the small couches are so comfy and don’t get me started on the cute wall with all the Polaroid dog pics, so cute !!! The coffee is soo good and it’s not overpriced and actually tastes good. This is perfect for a study sesh and a friend hang out. I love the staff aswell, very welcoming and kind. This is now my go to cafe.
Very pleasant cafe, with small tables & one big communal table. They offer hot food & sandwiches & salads. Their coffee menu is more interesting than most. I tried their filter which was disappointingly warm (not hot) when served to me. Their foccacia sandwich was tasty. I would return & recommend.
A hidden gem right beside Lidl. Fantastic service and a great flat white. Loads of great homemade warm food options as well as a few homemade grab and go light bites. Juices smoothies etc. loads of seating! Very dog friendly and slightly more affordable than other shops in the area
