My husband and I toured the storehouse and we had so much fun. Things to remember: 1. est to book tickets online on their website. Download your ticket on your phone so it’ll be ready for checking. 2. Don’t be late. A line based on the time of your tour will form outside the door. So best to check with the person manning the door so you can find the right line (of people) for you. 3. Wear comfortable shoes. The self-guided tour lasts about 90 minutes and there are 5 floors (maybe 6). But the top most is the Gravity Bar which boasts a 360 view of Ireland. However, seems like the tour is popular coz it’s crowded inside the storehouse including the bar. 4. There is a souvenir shop with lots of goodies. 5. If you are a student and have a physical ID card, you get a €2.00 discount for your ticket. Tickets are cheaper when bought online. 6. There are different tour packages; and depending on the time, discounted prices are available on their website. The most affordable was the Self-guided tour. My husband and I had a blast. It was worth the price.
Can’t really give is place a rating as we didn’t end up going it there was no tickets available we should have booked days in advance but we book the trip last minute and was only there for the day they were loads of people and buses out side it was really busy and that was a 11am was hoping we could pay on the door so i would recommend booking in advance
First time to GEC and completely blown away by the set up, quality of space (office and events) and layout. This is a top class venue suited to all types and sizes of business
Hadn't been in the GEC for about ten years and was really blown away by the improvements that have been made. A lovely renovation job with superb facilities including presentation rooms, break out areas, kitchens with very cool views of the city, open plan hot-desking...and a lot more... Great place to bring clients for break out sessions/presentations etc.
